Born and raised in Viet Nam, moved to Dublin, Ireland 2005, and finally to the US in 2007. I am currently living in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family—my beautiful wife Tran, daughter Chloe, and my son Charlie. I’m a proud 'prop dad' for my daughter’s dance team — building, painting, and supporting her competitions — and I enjoy just hanging out and making memories with my son. Family time keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about staying active and pushing my limits. I train regularly in CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, both of which keep me disciplined, focused, and mentally sharp. I also compete in tactical games where fitness meets firearms — a high-intensity sport that challenges you to outshoot, outwork, and outlast the competition. These activities keep me sharp under pressure and teach me the value of preparation, strategy, and resilience — qualities I bring to every client interaction.

I’m actively involved in my community by mentoring young entrepreneurs. I teach them how to start and run their businesses the right way — from proper licensing and tax setup to working with banks and staying compliant with local regulations. My goal is to help them avoid common pitfalls and build strong, sustainable businesses from the ground up.

I’m passionate about biohacking and longevity — constantly exploring ways to optimize health and extend quality of life. Helping others stay healthy and empowered is something I deeply care about. Whether it’s through sharing insights or leading by example, I believe that good health is the foundation for success in every area of life.
