Nathan Struthers

Growing up in Coon Rapids and now living in Big Lake, Minnesota has always been home for me. I love everything this state represents—from the strong sense of community to the many places that make Minnesota such a special place to live, work, and raise a family.

Family is at the center of my life. My wife Nicole and I are proud parents to our daughters Bella (19) and Abby (18), and our son Isaac (10). When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with them—whether that’s playing games, enjoying the outdoors, or just relaxing together on the weekend.

I’ve always loved sports and staying active. In my free time I enjoy golfing, fishing, and watching sports. I’m also a fan of a good sci-fi, action, or comedy movie.

Serving others is something I’m deeply passionate about. I spend a lot of time volunteering at my church where I play guitar and sing on the worship team, and on Wednesday nights I enjoy mentoring students in our youth group (grades 6–12). Encouraging people and helping them grow is something that means a lot to me.

That same passion carries over into my real estate career. Since becoming a Realtor in July of 2022, I’ve truly enjoyed helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. I love getting to know my clients, hearing their stories, and walking alongside them through every step of their real estate journey.

My goal is simple: to make the process as smooth, positive, and successful as possible while helping my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.
