Chad Goettsche
Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, and currently residing in Champlin, I bring a lifelong connection to the Twin Cities area to my real estate career. I am committed to continuous learning and am excited to explore and develop my areas of expertise as I guide my clients through their real estate journeys. With every client interaction, I aim to use my diverse life experience to help them feel comfortable and confident that they have chosen the right agent. My passion in life is to always continue learning and having fun while doing it—a mindset I bring to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing golf, and traveling. I also work part-time at Top Golf, where I volunteer monthly with the team to bag meals for Feed My Starving Children. Family is very important to me; I have one daughter and one son, and I am thrilled to be welcoming my first grandchild in August 2026!
