Mike Gengler
My name is Mike Gengler. I entered the world on a naval base in Groton, Connecticut, but the formative years of my life were spent in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Now, I divide my time between Blaine, Minnesota, and St. George, Utah, during the winter months. The mountains call to me, and though I am not nestled in their embrace quite yet, they are what I consider home.
My weekends are typically filled with the adrenaline rush of rock climbing, a passion that allows me to enjoy the outdoors in a thrilling way. When football season rolls around, you can find me cheering from the stands at various NFL stadiums. Exploring the natural wonders preserved in national parks is another of my favorite pastimes.
My hobbies, however, are not all adventurous in nature. I love the thrill of a good run, the immersion of reading a captivating book, and the friendly competition of board games. It's the balance between thrill and tranquility that keeps me grounded.
I am the proud father of one incredible son, Ryland. His passions mirror my love for nature; he enjoys caring for his chickens, collecting eggs, and spending hours on his bike. Lately, he's been exploring a new interest: playing the drums.
My own passion lies in all forms of outdoor activities. I find a profound peace in hiking, climbing, sitting around a campfire, or waking up beside a peaceful lake with a warm cup of tea in my hands. There's a unique sort of tranquility that comes from being one with nature, and it's this tranquility that fuels my drive in the professional realm.
For the past three years, I've been helping clients build wealth through real estate investments. My focus is on investment properties, helping investors acquire and sell multi-family properties across the state. I am dedicated to creating portfolios that generate passive income and long-lasting wealth, allowing my clients to find the same financial stability that I have found in my life.
