Laurie Peterson

Born in St. Paul, MN, I moved to Osceola, WI, in 1977, where I graduated high school. My parents still live in our childhood home. I attended college in Eau Claire and now live 20 minutes away in rural New Richmond, WI, for 30 years, cherishing the St. Croix Valley.

When not working, I enjoy camping, trail riding, spending time with family and friends, working out, or lounging in my pool. I also enjoy fishing and home improvement. My family, including my parents, son, and his fiancée (marrying September 28, 2025), is very important to me.

While not currently involved in the community, I was a member of the Somerset and New Richmond Chambers. With my son, I created and ran an airsoft park for five years. I've taught Microsoft Office in community education and was a substitute teacher in Somerset for seven years.

I am a natural servant and learner, enjoying teaching and helping others, especially new businesses, set up systems and procedures. My son, a medic for Lakeview EMS, Regions EMS instructor, and photographer, is my biggest inspiration.

Committed to excellent customer service, I prioritize thoroughness, honesty, and integrity. I became licensed in Wisconsin on March 27, 2025, and am pursuing my Minnesota license, aiming to achieve it by year-end or soon after.
