Carla Cappelletti
I grew up in the small town of Warroad, MN and was one of 6 children. I was primarily raised in the country and loved the memories I made in that setting. However, I wanted to experience what it was like to live in a larger city with more opportunities. After high school, I lived in the Duluth area for a few years and in 1998, moved to the Twin Cities to be closer to my siblings. After getting familiar with the metro area, in 2005 I finally found my true home in Forest Lake.
Real Estate has always been quite interesting to me and I finally took the plunge in 2020 to learn more about the business. I became officially licensed at the start of 2022. My journey began with eXp Realty on the Goerss Real Estate Team of Forest Lake and later merged with The Pinnacle Team. It was a great step to fulfilling my passion for Real Estate and collaborating with other like minded agents. I take pride in being able to share my knowledge with my clients, being there for them and allowing for a smooth process for each and every client. Being a part of the home ownership process is extremely rewarding and makes me feel as though I am making a positive impact in the lives of others.
I am committed to listening to my clients individual needs and curating an experience that is unique to them. Being part of a team of amazing agents and support staff is how I can make sure your home buying or selling experience is a positive one. It is important to get answers to my clients’ questions so they can make the best decision for themselves. I will always try to go above and beyond for my clients to assure they understand we are in this together!
I do love working with new construction or completely renovated homes. I have a passion for walking first time home buyers through the process of purchasing a home of their very own. It has also been a joy to assist homeowners who dream of property with acreage, sizing up or down from their current living situation. Hunting for that perfect property is so much fun and rewarding! It makes me happy to see others achieve their goals and dreams!!
When I’m not working on my business, I enjoy cooking, gardening, walking, biking, hiking, photography and being on the water. Traveling to ocean destinations is an absolute passion of mine! I have 3 incredible children, an amazing boyfriend, and a dog who are all the loves of my life. Spending time with my family and friends is extremely important to me!!
I truly love meeting new people and would enjoy getting more involved in my community. Hopefully my outdoor passions and my love of real estate can converge, allowing for more community connections.
